Wednesday, April 22 | Guests Arrive in Phoenix - Depart to Mexico

Departure Times & Locations:

12:00pm - Depart Rob & Crystal's House in Phoenix - 16215 N. 33rd Ln. Phoenix, Az 85053

This is the first group that will be departing to Mexico, if you are wanting to travel in a group

please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.

Thursday, April 23 | Depart to Mexico

9:00 am - Depart Rob & Crystal's House in Phoenix - 16215 N. 33rd Ln. Phoenix, Az 85053

Pick up Welcome Bags: 1:00 PM

Stop by Coronado F108 to pick up your welcome bags on arrival to the resort. Located in Phase 2 of Las Palomas Resort. Guests are welcome to stay until their check-in time at 3:00PM

Check in: 3:00 PM

Hotel Check-in at Las Palomas Resort begins at 3:00 PM.

Guests staying at other hotels should confirm their check-in times directly, as they may vary.

Sunset Cruise: 4:30 PM

Join us for a complimentary sunset cruise with breathtaking views, marine life sightings, dinner, open bar, and live music.

This is a family-friendly adventure, children are welcome. Cruise departs dock at 5:00 PM Sharp. Don't be late.

Night on the Town: 7:00 PM

Meet up with the Bride and Groom at the Malecon located in the downtown area. Boys meet at Boo Bar, Girls meet at Tekila Bar. The two groups will meet together at the end.

Friday, April 24 | Pre-Wedding Fun

Open Pool & Activity Day

Guests are invited to relax and enjoy the resort’s pools or explore the many activities Rocky Point has to offer, including horseback riding, golfing, beach massages, spa treatments, ATV adventures, shopping, and more.

Rehearsal Dinner: 5:00 PM

The Rehearsal Dinner is by invitation only.

Mare Blu

Evening with Bride & Groom: 6:00 PM

Spend the evening with Bride & Groom at Wrecked at the Reef with live music, food and drinks. You are welcome to pick a nice place for dinner elsewhere or grab dinner at "Wrecked at the Reef" The wedding party will be right next door at Mare Blu for the rehearsal dinner and will be joining everyone at 7:00 PM as soon as they are done.

Saturday, April 25 | Wedding Day!

Ceremony: 4:30–5:30 PM

Cocktail Hour: 5:00–6:00 PM

Depart Mexico - Return to Phoenix: 9:00 AM
